1. Returns Policy

  • Returns are not allowed on any furniture products.

  • All customized furniture items are strictly non-returnable, as they are manufactured based on individual specifications such as size, design, fabric, and finish.

  • Ready-made furniture items are also non-returnable once delivered.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully and clarify any doubts before placing an order.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are applicable once an order has been confirmed.

  • Customized furniture orders are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Refunds are not provided for delays caused by logistics, weather conditions, or unavoidable operational reasons.

Any exception to refunds is at the sole discretion of Urban Decor Destination.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take strict measures to ensure safe packaging and delivery. However, in rare cases:

  • If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers are required to share clear photos or videos as proof for verification.

  • After inspection, the issue may be resolved through repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the concern.

Refunds will not be issued for transit or manufacturing issues unless explicitly approved.

4. Cancellation & Refund Relationship

  • Order cancellations must be requested via call or WhatsApp.

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.

  • Cancellation of ready-made furniture depends on the order status and production stage. Refund eligibility, if any, will be decided accordingly.

5. Color & Material Variations

  • Minor variations in color, texture, grain, or finish are natural and unavoidable due to:

    • Lighting conditions

    • Screen resolution

    • Natural wood and fabric characteristics

Such variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Warranty & After-Sales Support

  • Warranty coverage ranges from 2 to 5 years, depending on the product.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

  • Warranty terms are mentioned on individual product pages or shared at the time of purchase.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are advised to:

  • Ensure accurate measurements for custom furniture

  • Confirm design, material, and fabric selections before order confirmation

  • Inspect the product thoroughly at the time of delivery

Once delivery is accepted, claims related to size, design preference, or comfort will not be entertained.
