Currently, Urban Decor Destination offers delivery services within a 500 km radius of Delhi.
At present, deliveries to locations outside this serviceable area are not available.
Delivery feasibility may vary depending on location accessibility and product type.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on the nature of the product:

Delivery within 5–7 working days from order confirmation. -
Customized Furniture:
Delivery timeline depends on design, material, and customization requirements.
Estimated delivery period is 10–15 working days after order confirmation.
Please note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to logistical or operational factors.
3. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹999/- is applicable per order.

There are no additional shipping charges for custom furniture.

Any special delivery requirements, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.
4. Order Confirmation & Payment Policy

All orders require full advance payment for confirmation.

Order confirmation is done via call or WhatsApp.

A video call option is available for product viewing and assurance before final confirmation.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Installation Policy
Installation services depend on the type of furniture and location.

Installation may be free or chargeable based on the product.

Details regarding installation will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
6. Damage & Transit Issues
We take utmost care in packaging and transportation. However, in the rare event of damage:

Any transit-related damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

Resolution may include repair or replacement, depending on the situation.
7. Cancellation Policy

8. Return & Exchange Policy
